Forbes, the international well-renowned business magazine and media company, published its eighth annual ranking of the World’s Best Employers 2024.
Alshaya Group was listed as the third Arab based company behind Aramco and Sabic, the top Retail company in MENA, and the number one company in its home Kuwait. It ranked 399 out of the 850 companies on the final worldwide list.
The listing was a result of a survey of more than 300,000 employees in over 50 countries who work for multinational corporate groups that employ more than 1,000 people and operate in at least two of the six regions of the world. Respondents were asked whether they would recommend their company to family or friends and to rate it based on several criteria.
