‘ALSAYER’ champions sports in Kuwait through partnerships with ‘Kuwait Modern Pentathlon Club’ and ‘Kuwait Ride for Cycling’
The ALSAYER Group renewed sponsorship contract with the Kuwait ‘Modern Pentathlon Club’ for the third consecutive year, and entered new sponsorship contract with ‘Kuwait Ride for Cycling’.
In an effort to promote sports and well-being in Kuwait, ALSAYER Group has renewed its sponsorship contract with the Kuwait ‘Modern Pentathlon Club’ for the third consecutive year and entered new sponsorship contract with ‘Kuwait Ride for Cycling’ at ALSAYER Group headquarters.
The sponsorship contract signing ceremony was attended by Faisal Badr Al-Sayer, Chairman of ALSAYER Group; Mubarak Naser Al-Sayer, CEO; Bashar Abdullah, Acting Director of the Public Authority for Youth and Sports; Sheikh Sabah Fahad Al-Naser Al-Sabah, Secretary General of Equestrian Club; Naser Al-Waleed, Chairman of the Kuwaiti Modern Pentathlon Club and; Dr. Mubarak Al-Hajri, founder of Kuwait Rides for Cycling, along with a large number of officials.
Meanwhile, CEO, Mubarak Naser Al-Sayer delivered a speech emphasizing ALSAYER Group’s commitment in supporting the youth to engage them in sports and developing their talents in order to create a generation capable of achieving many accomplishments globally.
He highlighted that the partnership with the ‘Kuwait Modern Pentathlon Club’ has achieved its goals over the past two years by winning numerous achievements in external championships held in Philippines, Egypt and Portugal. Importantly, ALSAYER’s latest partnership with ‘Kuwait Ride for Cycling’ will enhance cycling, sports participation and create environmental awareness.
Furthermore, Naser Al-Sayer stated that they are committed in supporting young athletes believing in community role and creating an environment that motivate youth, help them succeed and excel, locally and internationally as well.
Naser Al-Waleed, Chairman of the ‘Kuwait Modern Pentathlon Club’ presented a visual presentation showcasing the stages of the partnership, between the club and ALSAYER Group, and also about the achievements that were made since the past two years.
Al-Waleed mentioned that many achievements have been accomplished recently in a very short period of time. These included attracting over 300 players from various age groups, and organizing a modern Pentathlon Championship, under the patronage of the Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs, Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi.
Dr. Mubarak Al-Hajri, the founder of ‘Kuwait Ride for Cycling’ stated that this agreement aims to promote the culture of cycling to develop sports, provide environment-friendly transportation, and promote a healthy lifestyle.
Al-Hajri mentioned that their team will ride bicycles every Saturday morning with over 100 cyclists covering a distance of over 120 km. Moreover ‘ALSAYER Car Rental & Leasing Company’ will provide two cars to support their community activities and programs for three months.
This initiative will undoubtedly contribute in enhancing sports participation, safeguard safety of the participants, and spread awareness on environment.
This collaborative partnership between ‘ALSAYER Group’ the ‘Kuwait Modern Pentathlon Club’, and ‘Kuwait Ride for Cycling’ represents a shared vision to promote a healthier and more active Kuwait in the fields of sports, fitness and sustainability.
