Al-Yousef oversees security campaign in Mahboula, 263 violators arrested

The Ministry of Interior announced that a wide-ranging security campaign was carried out in the Mahboula on Friday under the direct supervision of First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah.

According to the Ministry, Assistant Undersecretary for Public Security Affairs, Major General Hamed Manahi Al-Dawas was also present during the campaign, in addition to personnel from the investigations departments, the Kuwait Fire Force, and the Medical Emergency Department from the Ahmadi Governorate.
The coordinated effort forms part of the Ministry’s ongoing commitment to uphold the law, curb illegal activity, and reinforce public safety.
The campaign resulted in the arrest of 203 violators of residency and labor laws, 23 individuals with outstanding arrest warrants, six persons in abnormal condition, 26 involved in immoral activities, and others.

The authorities also recorded one case of impersonation of the opposite sex, bringing the total number of arrests to 263.
Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef instructed the relevant authorities to take all necessary legal measures against the offenders, emphasizing the importance of sustained field operations and the equal application of the law to all.

The Ministry reaffirmed that similar security campaigns will continue across all governorates, calling on the public to cooperate with security personnel and comply with laws and regulations to safeguard Kuwait’s stability and public safety.
