Al-Yousef grants judicial authority to 93 PAM employees
The First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef, has issued Ministerial Resolution No. (19) of 2025, granting judicial authority to 93 employees of the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM).
The resolution, published today in the Kuwait Gazette, confirms that the employees have taken the legal oath in accordance with Article 133 of Law No. 6 of 2010, which governs labor in the private sector, reports Al-Anba daily.
The decision takes effect from the date of its issuance and publication in the Official Gazette, reinforcing PAM’s role in ensuring the proper implementation of labor laws and regulations across the private sector.
