Al-Yahya leaves for Qatar for 49th extraordinary meeting

Foreign Minister Abdullah Al Yahya — who currently holds the rotating chair of the GCC Ministerial Council — left for Doha today to attend the 49th Extraordinary Meeting of GCC Foreign Ministers.

The session, hosted in Qatar’s capital, will address the recent Iranian missile attack targeting Qatar, reports Al-Jarida daily.

Minister Al Yahya, serving as President of the Council, will lead the discussions alongside his counterparts from across the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
