Al-Tabtabaei intensifies efforts to accelerate administrative procedures across educational districts

With the academic year nearing its end, Minister of Education Dr. Sayed Jalal Al-Tabtabaei has intensified efforts to accelerate administrative procedures across educational districts.

After initially assigning 10 employees to support the leave and attendance departments, the Minister directed a further increase—adding 20 more employees per educational district—to ensure that all leave, expense, and assignment entries are completed before the summer vacation begins on June 30.

Education sources told Al-Jarida that this decision is part of a broader strategy to streamline workflows and prevent delays that could affect staff evaluations, promotions, or employment rights.
School administrations, categorized by educational stage, have been instructed to coordinate closely with leave and attendance departments to ensure that all required data is entered ahead of the staff appraisal process.

To ensure effective implementation, the Minister has tasked senior ministry officials with conducting daily field visits to monitor progress and address any obstacles on the ground.
Over the past two days, officials have visited multiple educational districts to support the leave and attendance departments, resolve challenges, and expedite data entry operations.
