Al-Sumait approves new organizational structure to advance institutional performance, modern management

Minister of Justice, Counselor Nasser Al-Sumait, announced the approval of the ministry’s new organizational structure, following the completion of studies and coordination with the Civil Service Bureau.
The step reflects the ministry’s vision to enhance institutional performance and develop a modern work environment aligned with the requirements of the coming phase.
In a statement to KUNA on Monday, Al-Sumait said the new structure is designed to boost administrative and technical efficiency, unify responsibilities across the ministry’s sectors, and strengthen governance, transparency, and service quality for clients and beneficiaries of various justice-related sectors.
He emphasized that adopting this structure marks a strategic milestone toward institutional transformation and the implementation of modern management principles within the ministry, contributing to achieving prompt justice and streamlining judicial procedures in line with the New Kuwait 2035 Vision.
Al-Sumait added that the ministry continues to advance its development plans, focusing on empowering national cadres, integrating digital and technical solutions, and enhancing coordination among its departments to ensure optimal performance.
He affirmed that the new structure will bring about a qualitative leap in both judicial and administrative performance, reinforcing the ministry’s drive toward sustainable development and institutional excellence.
