Al-Shuraian honors winners at conclusion of Army Pistol Shooting Championship

The pistol shooting championship for army units concluded as part of the military sports program aimed at enhancing the combat skills of army personnel.

The event was held under the patronage and in the presence of the Chief of the General Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General Khaled Al-Shuraian.

During the closing ceremony, Lieutenant General Al-Shuraian reviewed the course of the championship and the technical standards demonstrated by the participants.

He commended the shooters for their accuracy, discipline, and high level of skill, stressing that such competitions play a vital role in improving individual efficiency, strengthening combat readiness, and supporting the overall military training system.

At the conclusion of the tournament, the Chief of the General Staff honored the winning teams and individuals, wishing them continued success and urging them to pursue further training to enhance their capabilities in service of the Kuwaiti Army.

The championship was attended by a number of senior army officers.
