Al-Mutairi launches ‘Leadership by Will’ campaign to highlight Kuwait’s legacy, future vision
These initiatives are not temporary projects, but part of an integrated system designed to enhance Kuwait’s image, empower youth, and engage the private sector as genuine partners in development -- Al-Mutairi

Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs, Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi, launched the national campaign “Leadership by Will” on Sunday, emphasizing the role of Kuwaiti determination in shaping achievements across generations.
In his speech at the ceremony, held under the directives of the country’s leadership, Al-Mutairi said the campaign represents a milestone that reflects the Ministry’s vision of building modern media, advancing tourism, and strengthening Kuwait’s cultural presence.
He stressed that these initiatives are not temporary projects, but part of an integrated system designed to enhance Kuwait’s image, empower youth, and engage the private sector as genuine partners in development.
The minister highlighted the Visit Kuwait platform, set to launch on November 1, as a key tourism initiative that brings together government and private sector efforts under one umbrella, offering visitors an integrated digital experience, from e-visas to interactive maps and smart assistance.
He also announced a renewed programming cycle for Kuwait TV starting in October, featuring at least 18 new and returning cultural, artistic, and entertainment programs, alongside the revamped Al-Akhbar channel, which he described as “the voice of the citizen” and a platform for reliable information.
Al-Mutairi underscored that these projects—the Leadership by Will campaign, Visit Kuwait platform, the new Kuwait TV programming cycle, and the upgraded Al-Akhbar channel—form a comprehensive framework aimed at elevating Kuwait’s standing and opening new horizons for development, creativity, and national pride.
