Al-Mughira Street exit to Fifth Ring Road temporarily closed

The General Traffic Department has announced the temporary closure of exit from Al-Mughira Bin Shuba Street in Salmiya that leads to Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Road (Fifth Ring Road) in the direction of Jahra.

The closure is part of ongoing maintenance work begins today evening, and will continue until dawn on Monday, reports Al-Rai daily.

To help ease traffic congestion during the closure, the department has designated the following alternative routes — Al-Bida Roundabout leading to the Fifth Ring Road towards Jahra; Qatar Street exit to the Fifth Ring Road; Thaqeef Street exit; Issa Al-Qatami Street exit.

Motorists are urged to use these alternative roads and adhere to traffic instructions to ensure safe and smooth travel.
