Ahmadi campaign clears abandoned vehicles, structures

A joint campaign organized by the Ahmadi Municipality and the Security Directorate of the Ahmadi Governorate led to the removal of dozens of abandoned and others that obstructed the aesthetic view, in various areas, including Fahaheel and Mangaf industrial zones and nearby residential areas.

The campaign was carried out upon instructions of the Head of the Al-Ahmadi Municipality sector under the field supervision of Al-Ahmadi Center Supervisor Muhammad Qunais Al-Hajri, reports Al-Anba daily.

The campaign resulted in the removal of 8 abandoned vehicles, 2 prefabricated chalets, and a food truck; placement of 27 warning stickers on neglected vehicles and facilities and issuance of 2 official reports, 3 warnings, and 4 pledges.

The authorities confirmed that the campaign aims to enhance public safety, improve urban aesthetics, and reduce traffic obstructions in the governorate.
