Agriculture authority rolls out comprehensive plan to upgrade public parks

The Director General of the Public Authority for Agriculture and Fish Resources, Engineer Salem Al-Hai, announced that the Authority has undertaken a comprehensive plan to maintain public parks under its supervision, focusing on improved lighting and upgraded facilities to ensure visitor comfort.

Al-Hai said the Authority promptly swung into action after the residents from Qairawan’s Block 2 complained by assigning the supervising contractor to carry out urgent maintenance, including re-lighting the park for the comfort of the visitors.

He emphasized that this initiative follows the directives of Minister of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy, Dr. Subaih Al-Mukhaizeem, to make public parks safe for citizens and residents.

Al-Hai reaffirmed the Authority’s commitment to ongoing development and maintenance across different areas to enhance public well-being.
