Acting Prime Minister discusses regional, global issues with Maldivian FM

Acting Prime Minister Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef received today at Bayan Palace the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives, Dr. Abdulla Khalil, and his accompanying delegation in the presence of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Sharida Al-Muasherji.

The meeting took place on the occasion of Dr. Khalil’s official visit to Kuwait and included a review of the strong bilateral relations between the two friendly nations, exploring ways to further strengthen cooperation across various sectors, reports Al-Rai daily.

The talks also involved an exchange of views on key regional and international developments, emphasizing shared interests and mutual understanding on issues of global importance.
