New ‘My Numbers’ service on Sahel lets you check lines registered in your name

The Communications and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA) has launched the “My Numbers” service through the unified government application Sahel, in cooperation with telecommunications companies operating in Kuwait.

The new service allows citizens and residents to easily view all telephone lines and communication services registered under their names with different telecom companies.

CITRA said the service is part of its ongoing efforts to accelerate digital transformation while strengthening the protection of users’ rights and personal information. The authority said the service will also help raise digital awareness and make it easier for individuals to verify their personal data, supporting greater transparency and helping protect digital privacy.

The launch reflects CITRA’s efforts to use advanced technology to provide reliable and secure government digital services. The authority urged all users to check the telephone numbers registered under their names through the Sahel application once the service becomes available, in order to verify the accuracy of their information and help safeguard their personal data.
