Meteorologist Issa Ramadan forecast a rise in relative humidity across Kuwait in the coming days, accompanied by light and variable southeasterly winds that may become moderate at times.
Ramadan said the weather is expected to remain hot and tiring, with scattered clouds likely to form at times.
He warned increasing humidity could reduce horizontal visibility along coastal areas extending from Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province to Kuwait.
Ramadan noted that only five days remain until the end of the Marzam season, which concludes on August 13. It will then be followed by the hot and humid Kulaibin period, which lasts about 13 days.
He also said the Suhail star appears after August 24 over the southern Arabian Peninsula, while it becomes visible in Kuwait, northern Saudi Arabia and Iraq from around September 6.
