Spain congratulates Kuwait on the occasion of National & Liberation days

On the occasion of the celebrations of the 63rd anniversary of the National Independence of Kuwait and the 33rd anniversary of its Liberation, I want to convey personally and on behalf of the Embassy of Spain our message of congratulations to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and to the People of Kuwait.

I also want to take advantage of this opportunity to express our best wishes of prosperity and happiness to all Kuwaiti people, as well as a message of close friendship from the Spanish Government and People.

Allow me to emphasize on this special occasion for Kuwait, the importance of our historic and fruitful strategic partnership, which I sincerely wish will witness a stronger rapprochement throughout this year, under the wise leadership of His Highness the Amir.
