Kuwait food and nutrition authority stresses situation is stable, safe
Kuwait’s Public authority for Food and Nutrition affirmed on Friday that food situation in the country is stable and safe, amid paying intensive tours and continued control over local market.
The step aims to ensure the quality and safety of food and protect healthy of consumers, the authority said in a news statement, adding that inspection teams are working over 24 hours.
Laboratory specialists are the first libe of defense, and they continue to conduct precise tests and analyses to make sure of the quality and safety of food products, it noted.
Integrated efforts resulted in a tangible improvement of food facilities’ abidance by health standards in a way that enhances confidence in local market and stresses authority’s readiness to efficiently perform its mission, it elaborated. – Kuna
