Ministry of Health organizes a national awareness exhibition under the slogan “Pride and Honor”
The Ministry of Health organized the national awareness exhibition “Pride and Honor”. The event was attended by Dr. Ahmed Al-Awadhi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, and more than 1,000 participants from 58 entities inside and outside the ministry, including the Ministries of Interior, Defense, Youth, and Social Affairs, the Public Fire Force, and the Military Hospital.
Dr. Mohammad Al-Azmi, Director of the Public Relations and Media Department at the Ministry of Health, said in a statement that the ministry is ready to participate in the national holidays celebrations. He pointed out that there is a comprehensive plan for these celebrations, which includes many activities and events.
Dr. Al-Azmi added that the ministry coordinates with the relevant ministries in the country to ensure the success of these celebrations. He also noted that ambulances will be present at a number of locations and points.
Brigadier General Dr. Nawaf Jandoul, Director of the Northern Region at the Medical Services Department of the Ministry of Defense, said, “We are participating today with the Ministry of Health out of national spirit to participate in Kuwait’s celebrations of the national holidays, represented by all ministries, departments, and institutions, to bring joy to everyone.”
For his part, Brigadier General Nawaf Al-Hayan, Director of the Traffic Awareness Department at the Ministry of Interior, stressed that the cooperation of the public is the main reason for the success of the national holidays celebrations.
Al-Hayan said that the safety of lives and property is the goal that we strive for, pointing out that the Ministry of Interior always seeks to extend a helping hand and cooperate with all ministries and institutions of the state in organizing these events.
Captain Ahmed Boushehri, from the Public Relations and Media Department at the Public Fire Force, stressed the keenness of the “Fire Force” to participate in national and other events. He pointed out that the work of the force is not only to extinguish fires, but also to educate and raise awareness among the public to reduce accidents before they occur.
