Ahmadi governorate prepares for national celebrations
The Kuwait Municipality has announced that the Al-Ahmadi Governorate Cleaning Department team conducted a comprehensive field campaign to ensure the readiness of the coastal strip for upcoming national celebrations.
As part of the campaign, containers were strategically distributed in locations expected to host the festivities.
The municipality reported that the campaign resulted in the cleaning of public facilities, the coastal strip, and designated celebration areas, reports Al-Jarida daily.
Additionally, essential equipment such as cleaners, blowers, lorries, sweepers, bulldozers, and balers were deployed. Moreover, 100 containers with a capacity of 240 liters and 50 containers with a capacity of 1100 liters were provided to manage waste effectively.
Furthermore, the celebrations plan includes removing any unauthorized activities on state property and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements. Supervisory authorities will conduct rigorous inspection campaigns to monitor street vendors, and legal measures will be taken against violators.
The municipality emphasized that maintaining cleanliness in facilities, streets, public squares, and squares is a national responsibility. It stressed the importance of minimizing negative phenomena associated with celebrations for the well-being of the community.
