Bulgaria Congratulates Kuwait on National and Liberation Days

During these special days when when ‘Hala Febrair’ coincides with the holy month of Ramadan and Kuwait is so colorful in its festive attire, it gives me particular pleasure to extend to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al Khaled, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Al Abdulla Al-Sabah, the Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al Ahmad, to the Government and the people of Kuwait our heartfelt congratulations on the 65th Kuwait’s National Day and the 35th anniversary of the Liberation.

We extend sincere wishes for continued prosperity, progress and achievements to Kuwait and its friendly people. May this country remain an oasis of peace, stability and well-being, so widely admired for its support of the cause of humanism, development, and friendship.

We also look forward to further strengthening our bilateral dialogue and mutually beneficial cooperation with Kuwait in many fields of common interest, bringing to higher levels and further enhancing the friendly ties which exist between our two countries and peoples for more than six decades.
