Tajikistan Congratulates Kuwait on National and Liberation Days
On behalf of the people and Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in the State of Kuwait, and the Deanery of the Diplomatic Corps, I am honored to extend my heartfelt felicitations to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His HIghness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al Hamad Al Sabah, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmed Abdullah Al Sabah, and the Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al Sabah and to the friendly and brotherly people of Kuwait on the auspicious occasions of the 65th anniversary of Independence and the 35th anniversary of Liberation Day.
These historic milestones stand as proud symbols of Kuwait’s resilience, unity, and unwavering determination, marking defining chapters in the nation’s history that reflect courage, steadfastness, and an enduring commitment to sovereignty, stability, and progress. Over the decades, Kuwait has transformed these achievements into a foundation for sustainable development, national cohesion, and regional leadership.
For nearly three decades, Tajikistan and Kuwait have enjoyed warm and constructive diplomatic relations grounded in mutual respect, shared principles, and a common vision for peace and development. Our cooperation has steadily expanded across political dialogue, economic engagement, development partnership, cultural exchange, and humanitarian collaboration.
The ties between our two countries are strengthened not only by official interaction, but also by genuine friendship and mutual goodwill between our peoples. Kuwait has distinguished itself as a pillar of moderation and dialogue in the region. Guided by its wise leadership, the country has consistently pursued a balanced and prudent foreign policy, contributing to regional stability and supporting peaceful resolutions to international challenges.
Kuwait’s respected role in mediation and diplomacy reflects its commitment to dialogue, cooperation, and the principles of international law. Moreover, Kuwait’s longstanding dedication to humanitarian action and development assistance has earned it wide international recognition. Through its global initiatives and development institutions, Kuwait has extended support to countries and communities in need, embodying solidarity and shared responsibility. Such efforts reinforce Kuwait’s standing as a nation committed not only to its own prosperity, but also to the welfare of the wider international community.
Today, Kuwait stands as a model of stability, prosperity, and forward-looking vision. Its continued investments in development, infrastructure, education, and human capital demonstrate a strong commitment to building a sustainable and inclusive future for generations to come.
On this joyous occasion, I reaffirm Tajikistan’s readiness to further strengthen our mutually beneficial cooperation and to elevate our partnership to new horizons, in the spirit of friendship, solidarity, and shared aspirations.
