ICAI Kuwait Chapter brings members together at colorful Family Day celebration

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India – Kuwait Chapter (ICAIKC) hosted a lively Family Day celebration on Friday, 6 February 2026, at Argan Al Bidaa, bringing together members and their families for an evening filled with nostalgia, entertainment, and community spirit.
Held under the theme ‘Blast from the Past’, the event offered a journey down memory lane through retro-themed entertainment, music, games, and interactive activities that engaged participants of all ages. More than 400 attendees took part in the gathering, creating a vibrant atmosphere marked by joy, camaraderie, and togetherness.

Guests also enjoyed an extensive buffet featuring a variety of cuisines, adding to the festive experience and enhancing the celebratory mood.
ICAIKC Chairperson CA Rohit Agrawal said the annual Family Day serves as an opportunity to strengthen bonds among members and their families in a relaxed setting, noting that this year’s theme rekindled cherished childhood memories and encouraged meaningful connections within the ICAI community.

The Chapter acknowledged the support of sponsors whose contributions helped ensure the event’s success.
Appreciation was also extended to the organizing team led by CA Sweta Chipra, alongside CA Shuja Khan, CA Joseph Peter, CA Suparna Mukherjee, CA Kunjumary Ignatious, and CA Bhavini Joshi, for their efforts in delivering a well-coordinated event.

The celebration concluded with a vote of thanks and an announcement of the Chapter’s upcoming Ramadan food distribution initiative.
