Lioness Crowned Champions of KCC T10 Women’s Domestic Championship

Lioness were crowned champions of the KCC T10 Women’s Domestic Championship, powered by Al Muzaini Exchange, after defeating Dolphins by 59 runs at the Sulabiya Cricket Ground.

Led by an outstanding performance from captain Maryam Omar, Lioness delivered a clinical all-round display to secure the title. Batting first, Lioness posted an imposing total, highlighted by a sensational innings from Maryam Omar, who smashed 73 runs off just 31 deliveries, setting the tone for the final.

Defending the target, Lioness maintained constant pressure with disciplined bowling and sharp fielding. Maryam Omar once again led from the front, producing a remarkable spell of three wickets for just seven runs to dismantle the Dolphins’ chase.

Maryam Omar was deservedly named Player of the Match and capped off a stellar tournament by sweeping all three individual awards — Best Batter with 198 runs, Best Bowler with five wickets, and Best All-Rounder — in a truly memorable championship-winning campaign.
