The Acting Secretary-General of the Central Agency for Addressing the Status of Illegal Residents, Brigadier General Dr. Sharif Al-Kandari, held talks with the Deputy Director-General for Control and Information Systems Affairs at the Public Authority for Housing Welfare, Amina Al-Awadhi, on enhancing cooperation and establishing automated connectivity between the two entities.

According to a press release issued by the agency, the meeting took place at its headquarters in the presence of several senior officials. The discussions fall within ongoing efforts to strengthen coordination and joint institutional work between government bodies.

The two sides reviewed mechanisms for electronic linkage aimed at simplifying procedures, accelerating transactions and promoting greater integration in administrative operations, reports Al-Jarida daily.

They also addressed a number of issues of mutual concern, particularly files related to illegal residents, in addition to other related matters.
