MOI boosts fleet with modern patrol vehicles

In the presence of First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef, the Ministry of Interior on Monday received a number of modern patrol vehicles as part of a community initiative presented by Ali Alghanim & Sons Automotive Company.

The step aims to enhance the security and safety system and support the operational readiness of government agencies.

The Ministry said the handover reflects constructive cooperation and integration between state institutions and the private sector, reports Al-Rai daily.

Such partnerships, it noted, play a key role in strengthening security efforts and boosting the capabilities of patrol units to carry out their duties efficiently, in a manner that serves the public interest and reinforces security and stability.

Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef praised the initiative, highlighting its importance in supporting security work and strengthening the overall security.

He commended the private sector’s contributions in serving the nation and society, stressing that such efforts represent a positive model of community partnership.

For his part, Fahad Alghanim, Chairman of Ali Alghanim & Sons Automotive Company, reaffirmed the company’s ongoing commitment to national service.

He said the firm is keen to contribute actively to national efforts through community initiatives that reflect its social responsibility and promote partnership with state institutions.

The Ministry of Interior expressed appreciation for similar initiatives, underlining their positive impact in supporting national efforts and enhancing security and safety, which in turn contributes to social stability and the public good.
