Aspire Indian Int’l School celebrates Arabic Language Day
Aspire Indian International School marked Arabic Language Day with great enthusiasm and cultural pride on December 8, 2025. The event highlighted the richness and global significance of the Arabic language as a cornerstone of cultural diversity.
The program began with the recitation from the Holy Quran by Ahmed Mohammed (Level 9B), followed by a salutation by Omar Abdullaghni (6B) and the Kuwait National Anthem rendered by the school choir.
A thoughtful message was delivered by Mariam Mohammed (7B) setting the tone for the celebration.
An impressive Arabic speech by Sara Mustafa (8A) and an informative English speech by Login (9A) enriched the audience’s understanding of the language.
The event was further energized by a series of vibrant Arabic dance performances by students from different Cambridge IGCSE levels, a meaningful Arabic skit by Levels 5 and 6 and a heartfelt Arabic poem recitation by Level 6 students.
A memento was presented to Nasser Al- Husseini, Arabic Language Inspector from the Ministry of Education as a token of respect and gratitude.
In return, the Inspector also presented mementos to the school and the Principal. He highly appreciated the dedicated efforts and hard work of the Arabic Department and extended his best wishes for the continued success and progress of the institution.
The program concluded with an inspiring address by the Principal, Dr. Geetika Ahuja followed by the Vote of Thanks by Mustafa, Head of the Department of Arabic and Islamic Studies.
The celebration successfully showcased students’ talents and reinforced the importance of Arabic as a global language of culture, communication and heritage.
