Rainfall chances are forecast to continue until Monday afternoon

Rainfall chances are forecast to continue until Monday afternoon, after which cloud cover and precipitation will gradually diminish, accompanied by a shift to light to moderate northwesterly winds.
The acting director of the Meteorological Department, Darrar Al-Ali, has forecast a rise in humidity levels across coastal areas during the night hours through Saturday, warning that horizontal visibility may drop below 1,000 meters in some regions due to fog formation.
Speaking to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Friday evening, Al-Ali said weather charts indicate that Kuwait will experience light to moderate southeasterly winds accompanied by increased relative humidity, resulting in humid conditions.
He noted a heightened likelihood of fog developing, leading to reduced visibility, and added that a low-pressure system is expected to begin advancing gradually from the west starting Saturday morning.
This shift will bring an increase in low and medium cloud cover, with chances of light, scattered rainfall—occasionally turning thundery — during the afternoon.
Al-Ali added that southeasterly winds, sometimes becoming active, will continue to push waves higher than six feet, while humid conditions and the risk of nighttime fog are expected to persist.
