Worker dies after falling from construction site in Shuwaikh
A tragic accident occurred on Thursday afternoon in the Shuwaikh Industrial Area, where a construction worker lost his life after falling from a height at a building under construction.
According to a statement issued by the Kuwait Fire Force, teams from the Search and Rescue Center responded immediately upon receiving the emergency report.
Firefighters and rescue personnel swiftly arrived at the scene, where they found the worker had sustained fatal injuries as a result of the fall.
Despite the rapid response, the worker was pronounced dead at the site. The rescue team secured the area, conducted preliminary safety assessments, and coordinated with medical emergency services.
Following standard procedures, the site was handed over to the competent authorities to initiate a formal investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident and to determine whether any violations of safety regulations had occurred.
