The Indian embassy held celebrations on 26 January to mark the country’s 75th Republic Day, which commemorates the adoption of the Indian Constitution on 26 January 1950.

Attending the event as the chief guest was the Deputy Foreign Minister of Kuwait Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. In his speech on the occasion, the Indian Ambassador H.E. Dr. Adarsh Swaika highlighted the long and rich history of India-Kuwait relations and emphasized his appreciation of Kuwait’s leadership, the government, and the people for their commitment to strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.
