Gas leak explosion at Farwaniya restaurant injures two

A gas leak from cooking gas cylinder triggered an explosion at a restaurant in Farwaniya early Thursday morning, leaving two people injured.

Firefighters from the Farwaniya fire station promptly responded to the incident, quickly bringing the fire under control and securing the area.

The injured were then handed over to the relevant authorities for medical care, reports Al-Jarida daily.
