PAMA honors Umrah trip participants

The Public Authority for Minors Affairs organized a ceremony to honor the participants in the Umrah trip for the Hijri year 1445, under the patronage and in the presence of the Minister of Justice, Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Minors Affairs, Faisal Al-Gharib.

Minister Al-Gharib said, in a press statement on this occasion, that the Authority’s organization of Hajj and Umrah trips for minors and those under its care comes in the context of its interest in religious and social activities and the government’s interest in promoting methods of correct Islamic upbringing for the younger generation and reaping the fruits of faith education at the level of the individual and society in general.

He pointed out that the Authority will witness the implementation of more social, educational, religious and recreational activities during the coming period within the framework of its future plan that includes many areas, most notably the continued development of palace funds and the development of services provided through several means, most notably digital transformation in light of the general trends of the state and the Board of Directors, in order to keep pace with developments and meet the Aspirations of those cared for.

For his part, the Director General of the Authority, Engineer Hamad Al-Barjas, said that the many religious and educational activities organized by the Authority come within the framework of the constant keenness to improve the services provided in the religious and educational field and to help minors and those under care to perform obedience.
