Kuwait governors meet to boost public services and facilities
The governors of the six governorates stressed the need to follow up on development projects in line with the directives of the wise leadership, highlighting the importance of continuous coordination and unified efforts in the spirit of one team.

Farwaniya Governor Sheikh Athbi Nasser Al-Athbi Al-Sabah affirmed that the continuation of the meetings strengthens integration, positively impacts the development of work across all governorates, and serves the best interests of Kuwait.
On Monday, the governors of Kuwait’s six governorates held discussions on various issues, including security, development, the economy, the environment, and society, as well as ways to enhance public services and facilities, reported Al Jarida newspaper.
The Farwaniya Governorate issued a press statement confirming the meeting, which took place at the office of Farwaniya Governor Sheikh Athbi Nasser Al-Athbi Al-Sabah. Attending were the Governor of the Capital Sheikh Abdullah Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah, the Governor of Mubarak Al-Kabeer, the acting Governor of Hawalli Sheikh Sabah Bader Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, the Governor of Jahra Hamad Al-Habshi, the Governor of Ahmadi Sheikh Hamoud Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and the Director General of the General Administration of Ministerial Committees and Governorates Affairs Sheikh Nasser Mohammed Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah.
According to the statement, the governors emphasized the importance of their role in monitoring the progress of existing and ongoing development projects, as well as their shared vision in implementing the wise leadership’s directives to provide everything that serves citizens and advances the wheels of development.
They expressed appreciation and gratitude to the political leadership and the esteemed government for their full support in enhancing their role in serving Kuwait, stressing that ongoing coordination aims to unify efforts and work as one team.
The statement quoted the Farwaniya Governor as affirming that the continuation of these meetings strengthens integration, positively impacts the development of work across all governorates, and serves the best interests of Kuwait.
