His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah was briefed on their success in performing ten high-precision remote robotic surgeries by Health Minister Dr. Ahmed Al-Awadhi.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah praised the historic achievement of the Kuwaiti medical team specializing in remote robotic surgery, reported Al Jarida newspaper.
During a reception for Health Minister Dr. Ahmed Al-Awadhi and the team, His Highness was briefed on their success in performing ten high-precision remote robotic surgeries. He affirmed that this milestone highlights the scientific excellence of national cadres, the strength of Kuwait’s healthcare system, and its commitment to adopting advanced medical technologies. His Highness prayed for their continued success in serving the nation and raising its standing in regional and international medical forums.
The Crown Prince also received the Minister of Health and the medical team, where he commended their achievements as a testament to the leadership, innovation, and skill of Kuwaiti professionals. He emphasized the importance of embracing advanced technologies to provide the best treatment in line with global standards, wishing them further success in serving the country.
Separately, His Highness the Amir received Saudi Minister of State and Cabinet Member Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd at Bayan Palace on Monday. Prince Turki conveyed the greetings of King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman, along with their wishes for His Highness’s good health and for Kuwait’s continued growth and prosperity.
His Highness conveyed his greetings to his brother, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and to his brother, the Crown Prince, wishing them continued health and well-being. He prayed that God Almighty grant the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia further progress and prosperity under its wise leadership.
The meeting was attended by Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Hamad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Director of the Amir’s Office Lieutenant General Jamal Al-Dhiyab, Undersecretary of the Amiri Diwan Sheikh Abdulaziz Al-Mishaal, and Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs at the Amiri Diwan Mazen Al-Essa.
