STECI Kuwait Parish Diamond Jubilee Inauguration on September 5

The St. Thomas Evangelical Church of India, Kuwait Parish, will celebrate its 60th Parish Day along with the inauguration of the year-long Diamond Jubilee programs on Friday, September 5, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the National Evangelical Church, Kuwait (NECK).

The Presiding Bishop of the Evangelical Church, Most. Rev. Dr. Thomas Abraham, will inaugurate the Diamond Jubilee celebrations and lead the Parish Day worship service.

Leaders of NECK, KTMCC, KECF, and representatives of various churches and organizations will extend their felicitations.

During the inaugural session, the Diamond Jubilee Logo and Theme will be unveiled. The Jubilee theme is: “Your faithfulness endures through all generations” (Psalm 119:90).

Parish members who have completed 25 years of association with the parish in their expatriate life will be honoured. As part of the Jubilee year, several projects will be undertaken and various programs will be organized under the guidance of church organizations.

For the success of the Diamond Jubilee celebrations, various sub-committees are actively working under the leadership of Rev. Sibi P. J. (Vicar), George Varughese (Sabha Lay- Trustee), Kuruvilla Cherian (General Convener), Sijumon Abraham (Secretary), Biju Samuel (Treasurer), and the Parish Committee members.
