PAAAFR, Farmers Union discuss sector challenges, food security

Acting Director General of the Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources, Eng. Salem Al-Hai, met with members of the Farmers Union to discuss the current state of the agricultural sector and the challenges facing farmers.

The meeting also reviewed laws and regulations governing agricultural work and explored ways to develop them in order to serve the public interest and strengthen the country’s food security, Al-Rai daily reports.
