H.H. the Amir assigns PM to act as Deputy Amir while Amir out of country

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah assigned Wednesday His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah as Deputy Amir while His Highness the Amir was out of the country.

His Highness the Amir, in an Order, said this measure would remain valid until a Crown Prince was named.

The Order stipulates that His Highness the Prime Minister informs the National Assembly of this order and that it takes effect once published in the official gazette. – KUNA
