PM’s Office launches centralized digital platform to track senior appointments

The Prime Minister’s Office has introduced a unified electronic platform designed to manage and update records of senior appointments across ministries, government agencies, and ministerial boards.

The new system collects information on individuals currently holding leadership roles as well as those whose appointments have expired, creating a centralized database for leadership oversight.

According to informed sources speaking to Al-Rai, the platform is a strategic administrative tool aimed at strengthening communication between government leaders and the Prime Minister’s Office.

It is expected to improve decision-making processes and streamline the follow-up on leadership positions, particularly when it comes to renewing appointments, ending mandates, or restructuring boards of directors.

The Cabinet has directed all ministers to fully cooperate with the platform’s implementation. Each ministry and affiliated entity must upload comprehensive data on their leadership teams and board members, including official appointment decrees. This process will take place in direct coordination with the Prime Minister’s Office to ensure accuracy and consistency.

The initiative reflects a broader push to enhance administrative efficiency, transparency, and accountability in government leadership across all state bodies.
