Al-Otaibi new Deputy CEO of Mina Abdullah refinery

Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) CEO Eng. Wadha Al-Khatib has issued a decision appointing Eng. Abdullah Shaker Al-Otaibi as Deputy CEO of the Mina Abdullah Refinery. He will report directly to the CEO.

The appointment comes as part of KNPC’s ongoing efforts to boost operational efficiency and strengthen leadership by utilizing experienced national talent within the oil sector, reports Al-Rai daily.
