Security forces sweep Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh at dawn, arrest violators

As part of the ongoing security operations initiated by the Ministry of Interior, a dawn security campaign today in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area, organized under the direct instructions of First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, and supervised by Acting Undersecretary Major General Ali Al-Adwani led to the arrest of scores of people.

The Special Forces Security department, under the field command of Brigadier General Dakhil Al Dakhil and Brigadier General Yousef Al Souri, led the campaign, reports Al-Rai daily.

A comprehensive security cordon of multiple suspected locations believed to be harboring illegal residents and wanted individuals were raided and led to the arrest of several violators — 18 individuals with expired residency permits; 11 workers reported absconding by their sponsors; 12 individuals wanted by law, two people without identification; one juvenile driving without a license and one person suspected of being in an abnormal condition.
