Asian woman arrested for drug trafficking

Personnel from the General Department for Drug Control (DCGD) has arrested an Asian woman for selling and distributing drugs to foreigners in Kuwait. Acting on a tip-off, detectives arranged a sting operation using an undercover agent who successfully struck a deal with the suspect and caught her red-handed in possession of 10 grams of shabu.

Following her arrest, police raided her apartment in Mahboula, where they discovered an additional 70 grams of shabu, according to news reports.

Preliminary investigations revealed the suspect was working in coordination with an inmate at the Central Prison to carry out the illegal drug trade. She has since been referred to the concerned authorities for further legal action.
