Sheikh Fahd attends graduation of 32nd Batch of specialized police officers

The First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahd Al-Youssef, attended the graduation ceremony of the 32nd batch of specialized officer students at the Police College on Saturday.
The event, held at the Retired Major General Abdul Latif Al-Thuwain Theater, celebrated the graduation of 212 officers in the presence of Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Major General Ali Misfer Al-Adwani, and other senior security officials, reports Al-Rai daily,
In his address, Sheikh Al-Youssef congratulated the graduates on joining the ranks of the security establishment, commending their discipline and dedication throughout their training. He expressed confidence in their readiness to carry out their duties professionally, noting that their academic and practical preparation would enhance the ministry’s mission and reinforce national security efforts.
He emphasized the Ministry of Interior’s ongoing commitment — under the guidance of Kuwait’s leadership — to developing human capital and improving the efficiency of security personnel. He underlined that effective security is rooted in the efforts of qualified national cadres capable of addressing evolving challenges.
Sheikh Al-Youssef concluded his speech by extending his congratulations to the graduates and their families, wishing them success in their future careers. He also prayed for Kuwait’s continued security and stability under the leadership of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
