Appreciation ceremony highlights Ministry’s commitment to Vision 2035

In a gesture of appreciation and commitment to human capital development, the Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy, Dr. Subaih Al-Mukhaizeem, honored a group distinguished trainers and training course coordinators during a special ceremony held under the slogan: ‘We appreciate your contributions and celebrate your achievements’.

The event was attended by several high-ranking officials, including the Undersecretary of the Ministry, Dr. Adel Al-Zamil, Assistant Undersecretary for Planning, Training and Information Systems, Eng. Ali Shaaban, and the Director of the Administrative Development and Training Department, Eng. Abdullah Al-Khashem, along with a number of Ministry leaders and employees, reports Al-Rai daily.

The recognition comes in light of the Ministry’s recent achievement in implementing 23 specialized training programs and courses, which benefited over 1,200 employees from various departments. These initiatives are part of the Ministry’s broader strategic plan aimed at strengthening the functional capabilities of its workforce and building a more efficient and qualified national cadre.

In his speech, Dr. Al-Mukhaizeem emphasized that developing human resources is a cornerstone of the Ministry’s future vision, reaffirming its role in achieving operational excellence and supporting national development goals. He commended the trainers and coordinators for their vital contributions, highlighting that their efforts were instrumental in ensuring the success and high quality of the training programs.

“The people behind the training are just as important as the programs themselves,” the Minister said. “Through your dedication and professionalism, you’ve helped shape a more capable and prepared workforce—one that is ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow.”

The ceremony concluded with the presentation of certificates and shields of appreciation to the honored individuals, in an atmosphere filled with pride, gratitude, and a collective spirit of progress. The event reinforced the Ministry’s ongoing commitment to empowering its employees, promoting a culture of continuous learning, and aligning with Kuwait’s Vision 2035 for a sustainable and innovation-driven future.

This recognition not only celebrates past achievements but also sets a motivating precedent for future training efforts, positioning the Ministry as a leader in public sector capacity building.
