Tanker driver dies in mysterious circumstances

Firefighters from the Al-Wafra Fire Station responded today morning to a tragic incident that happened in Al-Wafra area, where a driver got trapped inside a tanker truck’s tire mechanism.

Despite rescue efforts, the driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have taken over the site to carry out the necessary investigations, reports Al-Rai daily.

The corpse has been referred to Forensics.
