Sheikh Fahad inspects security readiness of Hussainiyas for Muharram

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef went on an inspection tour on Friday, visiting several Hussainiyas and mourning councils across the country to review security and organizational preparations for the month of Muharram.

In a statement, the Ministry of Interior confirmed that Sheikh Fahad, accompanied by senior leaders from the security services and the National Guard, reviewed the operational security plan and coordination efforts with relevant authorities, including civil defense, emergency medical services, and traffic management teams, reports Al-Rai daily.

The tour focused on ensuring the readiness of security units to protect Muharram rituals and dhikr councils with the highest levels of efficiency and precision.
