Fintas police foil major alcohol distribution operation

Fintas police have arrested an Asian man for storing locally-manufactured alcohol and storing the booze in buses parked on open ground in the suburb of Mahboula.

According to the security sources, police have seized a total of 3,828 bottles of liquor from several mini buses. The vehicles were being used as make shift storage facility, reports Al-Rai daily.

The suspect along with the confiscated liquor, has been referred to the appropriate authorities for legal action.
