Hit-and-run horror in Jahra: Detectives ordered to track down suspect

The investigator at Jahra Police Station has ordered detectives to arrest an unidentified individual involved in a hit-and-run incident.

The directive follows a report filed by a citizen born in 1991, who stated that his elder brother, born in 1988, was hit by a vehicle in Jahra, reports Al-Anba daily.

According to the complaint, the driver fled the scene, leaving the victim injured on the ground.

A medical report submitted with the complaint indicated swelling in the victim’s eye and face, as well as bruises on the chest, abdomen, and knees.

Authorities are continuing their investigation to identify and apprehend the suspect.
