Second flight brings Kuwaitis stranded in Iran via Turkmenistan

The operation is part of a coordinated evacuation plan executed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in collaboration with relevant authorities, utilizing a transit route through the Republic of Turkmenistan, reports Al-Jarida daily.
