Lulu Exchange leads beach clean-up drive at Flamingo Beach

In a continued commitment to environmental sustainability and community service, the Lulu Exchange organized a successful beach cleaning drive on Friday, June 13, at the Flamingo Bay Beach.

The initiative brought together employees, volunteers, and local community members who dedicated their Friday morning to removing litter, plastic waste, and other debris from the shoreline.

The effort not only helped beautify the beach but also raised awareness about the importance of preserving marine ecosystems.

Speaking of the initiative, Mr. Rajesh Rangray – General Manager Lulu Exchange Kuwait said “We believe in giving back to the community and taking responsibility for the environment. It was heartening to see our team come together on a weekend for such an important cause.”

Around 30 employees and volunteers participated in the activity, collecting several bags of waste and sending across a message of environmental consciousness. Lulu Exchange also ensured proper disposal and segregation of the collected waste.

This beach cleaning activity is part of Lulu Exchange’s broader CSR vision, which focuses on sustainability, environmental responsibility, and social impact.

The company plans to continue similar activities in other parts of Kuwait in the coming months.
