Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef inspects Residency Affairs to ensure smooth Eid services

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef conducted an inspection of the General Directorate of Residency Affairs to assess the workflow and ensure uninterrupted delivery of services during the Eid Al-Adha holiday.

The tour began with a visit to the e-Services Department, which oversees the issuance of all visa types, including the Kuwait Visa.

During the visit, Sheikh Al-Yousef received an in-depth briefing on the range of digital services offered and ongoing efforts to enhance the user experience. He stressed the importance of continuing to develop and upgrade e-services to accelerate processing times and improve overall service efficiency, reports Al-Rai daily.

Throughout the inspection, Al-Yousef emphasized the strategic role of modern technology in raising the quality of public services. He instructed officials to identify and address any challenges faced by visitors, reaffirming the ministry’s commitment to providing seamless, citizen-centric services during peak holiday periods.
