KCC wraps up thrilling Desert League and Challenger Finals – a celebration of talent
T10 and T20 Challenger Leagues Wrap Up with Fireworks

In a rousing celebration of talent, sportsmanship, and community spirit, the Kuwait Cricket Club (KCC) brought the curtains down on its highly anticipated domestic tournaments — the KCC T20 Desert Emerging League (C, B, A) and the Desert Challenger League (2024–2025) — with a grand finale and glittering awards ceremony honoring champions and outstanding individual performers.
The festive closing ceremony was attended by a host of dignitaries and cricket stalwarts, including:

In another spectacular close to Kuwait’s grassroots cricket season, KCC also concluded the KCC T10 Challenger League and the 2nd Edition of the T20 Challengers B League, showcasing electrifying performances from the nation’s rising cricketing stars.
The grand awards ceremony, graced by KCC leadership and Al Muzaini officials, was a tribute to the sheer talent on display.
KCC T10 Challenger League (2024–2025):
- Champions: ACE KRM Panthers (beat Ceylon Elite Cricket Club by 12 runs)
- Player of the Final: Delishious John – 46 runs
- Best Batsman: Md Amir (Salmiya Strikers) – 272 runs
- Best Bowler: Anoop Oravanakundil (AI Octopus Challengers) – 14 wickets
- Best All-Rounder: Md Amir – 272 runs & 7 wickets
- 3rd Place: AI Octopus Challengers beat Salmiya Strikers by 5 wickets
KCC T20 Challengers B – 2nd Edition:
- Champions: Lexus (triumphed over Phoenix Cricketers by 7 wickets)
- Player of the Final: Abdulaziz – 40 runs & 4 wickets
- Best Batsman: Al Amin (Osmani CC) – 313 runs
- Best Bowler: Mohammad Usman (Lexus) – 12 wickets
- Best All-Rounder: Al Amin – 313 runs & 7 wickets
